I've had the acoustic sessions of Nineteen and Dark Come Soon on my mp3 player playlist while driving. I had forgotten how amazing Tegan's voice sounds in them.

ok. it's quite easy, you need paint shop pro or similar:

1. open paint shop pro. open the image you want to make an icon from
2. duplicate the background layer twice. set the first duplicate to "screen" (you will need the layer palette open).
3. set the second duplicated layer to "soft light".
4. resize the image to your desired size.
5. crop to 100x100
6. WA-LAAAHH!

Hope that made sense!
